CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, CEO

As Chief Executive Officer of Hultafors Group, Martin has overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the company.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Martin worked for the Bosch Group, most recently as CEO for BSH Home Appliances Northern Europe. His earlier roles at BSH include positions in corporate strategy, head of product marketing, head of a product division and member of the global digital business board. Prior to joining BSH, he started his career at the Siemens Group. He has worked in several European countries and the United States. Martin studied Industrial Engineering with a focus on Corporate Management and Leadership in Karlsruhe, Germany and Sevilla, Spain.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CFO

Jens is responsible for the Company's strategic financial planning, controlling and accounting. Jens is also responsible for Group M&A, IT and Logistics.

Before being appointed acting CFO in April 2021, and then being appointed CFO permanently in January 2022, Jens was the VP of M&A and Business development. Prior to joining Hultafors Group, Jens worked as Director of Business Development for Investment AB Latour, the holding company of Hultafors Group. Prior to that, he worked for the welding and cutting solutions provider ESAB in different roles related to e.g. marketing, pricing, strategic projects etc. Jens’s previous experiences include various roles within management consulting. Jens has a M. Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Chalmers University of Technology and a B. Sc. in Business Administration from School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University.

Bas Teepe

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER, CHRO

Bas is responsible for the Company's HR strategy and he heads the corporate functions Communications and Quality.

Bas was acting CHRO of Hultafors Group from July 1st, 2021 before being permanently appointed in December 2021. Before joining Hultafors Group, Bas was Director of Global HR at Fristads since 2019 and as such he was an essential part of restructuring the group, setting a new strategy and lifting operational performance. Prior to Fristads Bas has worked approximately 8 years at Kongsberg Automotive, a stock listed company with 10.000 employees, where he was VP HR for one of the global companies reporting to the group.

Torbjörn Eriksson

PRESIDENT HARDWARE EUROPE

Torbjörn is responsible for the division Hardware Europe of Hultafors Group, with premium brands within multiple selected hardware categories primarily aimed at building and construction sectors. The Hardware Europe portfolio includes Hultafors, Wibe Ladders, Scangrip and Telesteps.

Torbjörn was previously CCO of Hultafors group, taking care of key commercial resources such as marketing, business development, e-commerce and digitalization. He was also managing the Hultafors Group Market Operations, including Sales companies in 14 countries, Export and the Logistics operation. Torbjörn has a background in the IT and industrial sectors, where he has worked in various management roles in companies like Cisco Systems, B&B TOOLS, Statoil Lubricants and Monier Roofing.

PRESIDENT PPE EUROPE

Anders is responsible for the division PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Europe of Hultafors Group, with premium brands that produce equipment that protects users against risks to their health or safety. The PPE Europe portfolio includes Fristads AB, EMMA Safety Footwear, Hellberg Safety, Snickers Workwear & Solid Gear (incl. the brands Toe Guard and EripioWear).

Before joining Hultafors Group, Anders was the CEO of Fristads, Kansas and Leijona and he has been with Fristads since 2015. Anders has a broad background from different companies and roles and an in-depth knowledge of our industry.

Stephen Skeels

PRESIDENT HARDWARE NORTH AMERICA

Stephen is responsible for the division Hardware North America of Hultafors Group, which offer products in tools and tools storage under a number of premium brands targeted primarily at the building and construction sector. The Hardware North America portfolio includes the brands: Johnson Level & Tools, CLC Work Gear, Martinez Tool Company, and Kuny's.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Stephen held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, including President for Emerging Markets at Hand Tools & Storage and President Asia, Power Tools. During his time there, Stephen led transformative business development initiatives, with a focus on branding, product strategies, and execution excellence. More recently, he successfully owned and operated a local hardware store, establishing it as a market leader in its region.
